Successful candidates for this full-time position must be self-motivated, organized and possess the ability to communicate effectively. This position is responsible for collecting past due accounts, providing counseling on delinquent loans, and the proper use of credit. This position also serves as a Member Service Representative (MSR) in our Call Center, performing financial transactions and promoting the credit union's products and services. Candidates for this position will work a set 6 month rotation between our Call Center as a Member Service Representative and 6 months in our Collections Department as an assistant.
Collections Department Hours (6 month rotation)
Mon (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) Tues – Thurs (8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) Fri (8:30 a.m. – 6:10 p.m.) & two Saturday’s a month (8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
Call Center Hours (6 month rotation)
Mon – Thurs (8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and Fri (8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
