The Network Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, improving, and securing the credit union’s network infrastructure. It is expected that this position will be involved with disaster recovery testing and travel to branches, ATM’s, and our disaster recovery site as required. The Network Administrator will be expected to design solutions consistent with established regulations and maintain an accurate inventory of equipment. They will be required to maintain configuration backups, forensic logging of mission critical systems, documentation of work, and accurate network diagrams.

Initially the Assistant Supervisor will begin under the tutelage of the Member Service Supervisor (Head Teller), learning our organization and assisting with the day-to-day coaching of member service staff. The primary responsibility of this position is mitigating fraud risk to the Credit Union and its members by identifying, investigating, and remediating fraudulent activity occurring in member accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, daily alert and report reviews as well as answering inbound telephone calls from both members and internal departments. This position will require a broad knowledge of fraud methodologies and trends across all Credit Union transaction channels, including ATM/debit cards, online banking, branch banking, ACH, wires, electronic funds transfers and payments. This position is responsible for the investigation of fraudulent, illegal, or improper activities by internal or external means, and the prevention and recovery of losses incurred by such activities. This position researches, analyzes, and generates accurate and meaningful information to assist in performing fraud investigation and loss prevention functions to detect, identify, prevent, and protect the Credit Union from financial crimes and fraudulent activities.

Successful candidates for this full-time Member Service Representative Position should have the ability to oversee and ensure that staff provides accurate, professional service to members with emphasis toward solution oriented assistance. The Supervisor is responsible in assisting the Manager in all areas to assure friendly, efficient service to the membership. This person assumes the duties and full responsibility of the operation of the credit union service center when the Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
