Overview

Oversees and develops multiple roles including Administrative Receptionist, ATM Coordinator, BSA Officer, Operations Supervisor, Survivor Support Specialist, and Deposit Service Representatives. Provides training, ensures compliance with internal controls, security procedures, and program goals. Conducts timely 90-day and annual performance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a backup for various operational roles as needed.

  • Oversees the Seasonal Member Service Representative program.

  • Manages deceased account resolution, treasury onboarding, and commercial account setups.

  • Handles cash order management for branches and ATMs, including coordination with the Federal Reserve and armored car services.

  • Maintains off-site cash vault and prepares monthly reconciliation reports.

  • Manages inventory of debit/ATM cards, gift cards, printer supplies, and movie tickets across all branches.

  • Verifies and transmits IRA forms and reports; conducts IRA training sessions.

  • Processes subpoenas, foreign items, foreign currency, and mobile deposits.

  • Ensures compliance with tax form procedures and savings bond processing.

  • Oversees mailroom operations and digital member communications.

  • Processes levies and withholding notices; maintains communication with affected members.

  • Authorized to approve checks and refund fees when appropriate.

  • Coordinates supply levels and copier maintenance for administrative offices.

  • Conducts BSA/OFAC training, reviews SARs and CTRs for compliance and submits them as required.

  • Adheres to all relevant internal policies and assists Operations Manager with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking operations, program management, or at a credit union.
  • Adherence to all corporate standards and policies, demonstrating a commitment to organizational compliance and ethical practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Successful completion of the MSR IV Member Service Project, showcasing advanced member service expertise.
  • Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) certification or a willingness and ability to obtain certification within 6 months.
