This role supports overall branch operations, provides exceptional and memorable member experiences, achieves sales and service goals, and efficiently handles a wide range of service requests. The Universal Banker is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products, security procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard member information.
