The Cybersecurity Analyst supports the day-to-day protection of the organization’s systems, networks, and data within a regulated financial services environment. This role is responsible for monitoring security alerts and logs, investigating suspicious activity, assisting with incident response and containment actions, and helping maintain the tools and processes that enable timely threat detection and remediation. The analyst works closely with Infrastructure, Applications, and Compliance to identify vulnerabilities, validate security controls, and ensure security practices align with organizational policies and regulatory expectations.

The Commercial Relationship Lender is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day business practices of promoting and servicing small business products and services throughout the community and credit union members.  This position works with the Chief Revenue Officer to development and implement a strategic, multi-faceted business development program that is designed to promote, retain and increase the Credit Union’s small business membership and visibility in the communities that we serve. Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills are essential in this role, as a key component is to identify opportunities to promote the credit union and increase membership growth.

The Teller is responsible for delivering accurate, professional, and solution-focused service to members. Responsibilities include assisting members in person and by phone, providing information about credit union products and services, and conducting account research. Additional tasks may involve performing necessary file maintenance and assisting with payroll and account changes. The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for originating mortgage loans by engaging with potential borrowers and guiding them through the loan process.
